Uller's quest bug, condensed essence

Hey
I've completed the quests till i need to buy condensed essence from roque alchemist in kelys. I once got into trading window and bought the condensed essence, after that I ran back to Hermit and no essence was found in my inventory and no money was lost. I thought I just return the alchemist but HE WONT TALK TO ME AGAIN.

I tried logging in and out couple times but no effect. The quests cannot be remowed anymore so I could just do it again.
Now all I can see is a hand on my lower right corner and Im tapping it while I cry.

Could you please add atleast some common trashtalk that he normally says so he could be activated again and to buy condesed essence if you have the quest active..
