Better visibility of recharging power

Well, it all is said in the title - if the visibility of recharging powers would be better, we could plan attacks more precise..

Now i can track some powers that recharge fast but fail to do this with those with the long cycle

Just make depleted power more whitish and the fill-up image more colorful.. I hope it's not too complicated and it would help A LOT

I agree. Always been hard to know when they recharge. It was made more clear a while ago, but not nearly enough.

A second timer would be more beneficial with in the ability icon. Instead of it gradually filling up like a meter. I support this.

You could just have a number countdown on the skill (Have it as an option though for people who dont need it!)
For longer skills like precision it would be nice to have.
