Humility .... respect ... kindness ... fun ... teamwork .... most of all respect, thats the making of a great guild and nothing nothing else matters ... not guild leaderboard position

ive been playing running a long time ... more than most. To see such disrespect to a random player annoys me beyond belief .....
what makes a mighty guild .... is it guild leaderboard status, because this is fleeting? is it the joy of the right kind of players running together sharing fun and happiness with light energy and helping all?
How do we attract the right people?
Do all guildies shine our energy? Do they all fit?
Do we remove those players that do not share our vision regardless of player level and aps .. despite guild leaderboards?
are all guildies working together representing each other as a whole?
or are individual players tarnishing dm shine?
i dunno ... look inside yourselves
only you have the power to define yourselves ... to be truly mighty ... and that ... that ... filters down through all your guildies and how they represent you within the vaste al community as a whole.
first of all hello and if u had issue with a guildie why u didnt pm an online officer to talk and start all tht drama spam? :S ik some ppl like drama but plz keep a guild thread clean of it! when u ask respect dont disrespect others!and ofc u should easily talk with some1 without tht spamming! ty!
how you wanna be seen as a guild .... top guild leaderboarder ... or a group of kind respectful respectful players working as one to attract new members

our guildies represent us as a whole ... for a chain is only as strong as its weakest link .... if your weakness is a good kind player with lower stats then we support refine grow build look out for them .... if your weakness is unkind abusive then you will fall ...
