Since the active pvp lvls like endgame are always so full & the games end so fast i would recommend to make the game end at 20-30 points / kills.

There are already pvp maps that finish at 20 kills but these maps are rarely played, so I assume you mean Forest Fight.
They have this in the 5v5 arena
Barely anybody spends plat just to unlock maps (that no one else has the platinum and cash to afford to) have fun in pvp because it's a waste of money.
Simple.
If you want it. Its there. For 10-20 plat.
