I think it's a nice idea. But in order for you to get exp from kills, killed person should lose some exp to keep balance in the world

it would be terribly inefficient tho...not sure if ppl would wanna do it

At most you could score 3 kills at once, over and over. It would be faster to solo maps than to pvp XP farm with some dummy accounts, especially because pots don't work in PVP.
If you were lv 20 or below I think you get a little exp for killing bosses in the pvp maps(meathead,skeller krunch,elf queen). But no exp for killing other ppl in pvp.

It would depend on the amount of xp.
If it wasn't a large amount, it wouldn't be practical to do this. Farming in PvE gains both XP AND gives a positive cash flow.
exactly plus if 1 kill = 1exp its still highly inefficient
however i think the whole exp in pvp is kinda pointless for that reason as well

IMO, even one XP is pushing it. Maybe 5 kills to get one XP, I don't think it should be something you can level up with, just a psychological thing.

I mean if u kill 1 guy u get 5 xp not for 5 kills 1 xp...

I know what you mean, and I'm saying I whole heartedly disagree with it. I'd rather have it that you get 1/5th of an XP point per kill than 5. 5 just seems like way too much overkill.
