What if one person owns a name in PL and another owns it in SL but both are active? (not sure what the population of this scenario is, if any)

Apologies drew....... but my name is BearBodMaster in PL I reserved it for SL and then never used it as... I wasn't a Bear

So if there was a Poll it have to be SL for me

Though saying that unsure if I would want to keep my name in general as the classes are.. (If they stick to the Empire of Night idea)
