The first pic is unbuffed, and the second one is buffed with 1evade, 6rage, and 1taunt. Are the stats good enough? Or should I complete the earthquake set? I don't want to coz I found that the hammer's dmg is horrible.

No set is horrible... It depends on how you choose to use them.
