New Epic Chests?

Was running Slouch O this evening and came across this. It dropped materials for crafting. Not sure if it was a bug just thought it was cool.

Saw it too, but it dropped craft materials.
I want to know if this chest is a step better than the elite chest or just the same with a different look.

I saw one too in scorcher last night. It dropped vular dna to me.

Yes iv seen them alot lately but ik they haven't replace elite cheat bc look I just now seen this one.

Common sense says they are crafting chests. I myself don't craft and hate getting my inventory clogged with crafting mats only to have to take the time to sell it all for 0 creds, so people like me (if there are others like me) now know to avoid the chests

When Sloucho was released Crafting materials were 50-100k+, sure you wouldnt be dodging them =/

When the new area Shipyard is released, and if there are new crafting gear some of this low level materials may shoot back up in price (always happens), so i would suggest not to aviod these if you want to make yourself some good cred Just my 2 pennys tho

Have yet to see one of these though nice find (Mostly in B*)

I'm a full support engineer so plat armor > custom armor so no need to craft anything just yet and I've got plenty of credits from liquidating all the gear I get. being a engineer is a bit of a money maker since I hardly have to use either stims
