she gives you the big red pirate head costume. Atleast that's what I got. You just ask her to "join in on the fun." It looks like the gas mask with the goggles from the plat store, only with a red top instead.

Unfortunately, the free Pirate Mask costume vanity cannot be used to get the second quest from Cindy. Says so in the description. Hmmm... no holo-ween Jack-Hol0-Lantern vanities without Plat? Has anyone else found a way to get candy quest from Cindy without purchasing Plat costume/item pack? No exploits, please...

Yhh she helps you with one.. but you need two to participate.

Only things I have been advising is TapJoy offers (only 10 Plat) and if haven't already like both star legends and pocket legends to get some (2 for each) and also by recommendations (5 plat).
