Can you start a warbird at lvl one?

Warbird can be started at any lvl. Just start with putting points in str instead of dex. Keep in mind though that very low level warbirds seriously lack in hit% and skill dmg. Just put minimum points in str, just enough to wear the desired str gear for your level. Put the rest in dex.

I dont think you can start a warbird at level 1 because you won't have any attribute points to allocate so therefore your strength stays the same on 2 and I haven't come across much items with 2 or less strength.
