I dont understand.

Im lvl 51 and I have stopped my xp gain,and I dont understand why the kills dont count.I thought maybe the kills only count if ur getting xp.But then I saw a lvl one with 6800 kills.So why dont kills count when ur a higher lvl and u have xp gain off.

This person you saw got those kills before they made kills not could if you locked level.

Otherwise you could have a low lev twink on leaderboard for doing a lot of unimpressive kills.

I think new way to get a lot of kills is getting to cap and you still get kills.
