Any duel spec ways for Bears?

I mean is there any good ways to go besides just pure str. For example str/dex and please explain why there good. Whats effective for pve or pvp and why. Like whats a effective way to go besides pure str

Edit Edit: Can also as another option go 140 dex and rest strength, as well...gives you enough hit percentage for Taunt and Beckon to hit consistently, and makes you a little harder to kill but with slightly less damage than what Jay said. Both are good, just personal preference

As you said, each has his own build preference. I prefer dmg and hit%. But If you want to be the best tank possible, it's Arguably best to go for a big top set at lv60 anyway, and these add 3% hit for each item. So then your suggestion of 140dex, rest strength, is a more then valid one too. Strongman just lacks hit % if going that direction IMO
