Cannot lvl pass 13 after purchase

I have boughts the expansion dungeons and I still receive no xp after many kills. Fix?

you can only continue to gain exp by playing the new levels. once you reach the level cap, you have become too strong for the monsters in the free campaign, and they no longer give you exp. You must play the dark forest to continue to level.

You didn't answer the question he said he bought the dark forest and he can't level any further. I sent this same problem to "justg" who avoided the question as well and hasn't got back to me. I bought dark forest and the lvl 15 expansion, deleted, reinstalled, Still don't get exp all classes are capped at 13 NO EXP I PAYED 4 bucks. and have sent messages to justg but nothing is working it would be sweet If it worked but it's not cAn I get a refund since nobody is helping me?

i am having same exact problem.. i have rerolled more chrs to keep playing.. sucks ive wasted my money. I hope this gets fixed.

Make sure you're fighting mobs appropriate for your level. Forest Haven mobs will not give you XP if you're level 13. You'll need to play any of the other campaigns. Next Apple submission introduces a con color for mobs (will show you relative level difference with a color to the left of the health bar).

Join or host a dungeon that's not in the Forest Haven campaign series. If you have trouble, here's link to the playguide.
