Elite gold chests. Helms in the one u drop in kraken and armor in shuyal ones.

Well the armor is pretty rare nowadays.Im almost certain you can loot the armors from golden chests,you can try your luck there.Otherwise buy one from cs or be checking the forums to see if there are some for sale.After you have both pieces then you can follow the quest line and become "hero of legend".

The name of the chest is Elite Golden Warchest III.
