Around 36 cap I took a break for around 4 months. When u returned, I didn't even have an account, it told me to make a new character. Ign was "Ronnie" had green n red Arlor sets Rog. And tree set mage. Everything gone, and they literally ignored my support ticket.

thats the first time i hear something like this to be honest. never heard anyone lossing a whole accaunt. and i do remember that ign.

Nope, I've heard of whole accounts having to be restored. I think something can be done but I have never done it myself. Best bet is probably PM a dev.

As for IGNs, takes me less than 5 minutes to come up with a nice new one that is not random. Plenty of IGNs still out there. Infinite actually, from what I can recall from games even with 10s of millions of players. Somehow, I can still come up with good shortish names that are names.
