    There is balance at endgame PvP (level 66), the only problem is nobody plays there.

    You all choose to cling to the imbalanced zones (41-43 and 61-63 etc.).

    You choose to have imbalance.

    Endgame only PvP leaderboard. Make it TDM only because it would be hard to dummy farm there. So simple yet for some reason so difficult. Sigh.
