Unable to contact fiber support for missing platinum.
Anyone know whats going on with the free plat offers? I recently did one and didnt recieve my plat so i tried to submit a request yesterday, said i should have recieved an email however i didnt. So i tried twice more making sure i input my email in correctly yet I still have yet to recieve on email from them. Is there anything that can be done about this?
Where they caught in the hurricane or something?
