Suggestions

1. ESC button opens up the menu.
2. Able to set Mouse buttons to do what you want. IE a skill or Auto Attack etc.
3. When Selling stuff a short cut with "S" for sell maybe, and able to hit Enter button to confirm.

AND an auto-run button would be awesome too!!
