Sounds like the right thing is to make form gems provide no more than 15-20% dodge.

Brim would destroy the game.
If your intentions were making the bracelet a "relic form gem" then the dodge percentage should be a lot higher.
Without a form gem of 215% dodge then brim Combo will land 99% of the time.

Correct. It had 200% dodge chance. That's about 180% more than was ever intended for any single piece of gear :-)
Could you add these gems for lvl 36 ? And one more suggestion .. we had been getting gems already got 3 new gems how about adding same old relic weapons with new effects and adding a groud pet and a ring like Arcane ring in AL ? and the most important G.M System :/ ?

Why must everything have effects and glows. We have all those weapons already, why not just a new relic weapon.

The back of everyone's head is bald when they equip a mask over the Moonshadow Helm. Also the Agressor Helmet doesn't allow masks to be placed over either.
Only Moonshadow Set gives speed boost. Toxic Set does not give speed boost.

Before the event is over could you please add a Black Undead Antler Mask? It could have orange smoke instead of the black from the original (for halloween) and it could be named Dark Antler Mask
Players would love this since its the most liked mask and if you made it available for 500 plat, you could make a lot of money!!!

Thanks for yet another awesome update. I dig the crazy green toxic outfit but seeing how it's the most expensive outfit for purchase (ever) in DL shouldn't there be some other effect besides the green toxic mist? The Moonshadow outfit has a speedboost (woo!) as well as a unique graphical effect. Seems like the outfit for 200plat more should also have a status effect (ie. chance to strike an enemy with a toxic hit that slows them down, similar to what the zombies do to us in a ctf match). Maybe also a green mist pet to even out the number of cool things that each new Halloween plat outfit has.

I think these outfits are good as it is but if moonshadoe guardian really has a speed boost then toxic should definitely have one
And cinco what does the halloween elixir even do besides making them not run? Could you add an effect where it causes the boss to spawn without having to kill every human?
