Make it easier to cap!

It's been a while now and I really think we need a map like prison to level up. I've been lvl 91 since the second day the cap came out. I just have no fun doing such repetitive maps strategies etc. And know a good couple handfuls of people feel the same. I'm sure almost the entire game would agree. Just make it accessible by having dev or something along the lines of how it was before. So many people want to play but get bent out really easily. And I think when your not having fun then what's the point? Thank you.
