Maybe give the lvl 2 artifact it's aura?

Maybe sts should give or create another aura for the lvl 2 artifact? Imo it should have an aura because it belongs to the arcane rarity. And sts did not specifically mention about the lvl 2 artifact in the Halloween Guide Post so maybe it was somehow forgotten? Just my opinion and I would like to hear everyone's thoughts on it.

I think it should have the aura. Cool thing for twinks to have plus its still arcane rarity. Not much work to add it either.

The level 2 is not actually an arcane. It has a background green color. Thats why it doesn't have the aura.

Arcane artifacts have:
1) red letters (which the lvl 2 had)
2) 3 jewel sockets (which the lvl 2 had)
3) 4 awakening slots (which the lvl 2 had)

The "green background" seemed more like a bug than anything that would indicate otherwise given the 3 arcane attributes noted above.
