Event bug after recent update

We can't enter the event map, the player gets sent directly back to the Halloween town, please fix asap

Now at times after giving a candy bag to the portal npc, it sends the player to Halloween town.

Also there is a party bug, some players don't see that they are in a party, when they actually are in one, so can't join their team.
Please fix these..
