+ Increased chance of spawning bonus boss when using the Halloween Hunters' Elixir by 10x.
+ Added an alternate version of the Halloween Elixir for a lower price (gives lower spawn chance).
+ Krud Stinkler no longer removes the Halloween Hunters' Elixir nor the new Krud Hunters' Brew.
+ Experience drops increased for Level 90 content and above.
