Yea ring+amulet for speed bonus. And make sure they are the same type like the main stat because if not the bonus doesn’t work. Example, a str toxic ring+ a dex toxic amulet won’t give u the speed bonus.

nooo. Damn it. I may as well get an arcane ring first. then get the set ring after. Is the level 30 toxic of brutality set any different than the level 50 toxic. Rogue

Respectfully disagreeing mon ami, it isn't main stat that is the requirement, but the level seems to be the problem here, if I assume right. Here is mis matched main stat items giving set bonus;

U cant mix any lvl of speed items but u can mix and match from the same lvl
