On the LB it says only top 25 get the banner, but on forums it says the top 50 gets the banner.. Just want to clarify which is it?

On the LB it says only top 25 get the banner, but on forums it says the top 50 gets the banner.. Just want to clarify which is it?
On the lb I can read all top 50 for each class gets the banner as it should be.

No they don't. Basicly has no sense make it tradeble since over 150 players will get it and price would be extremely funny.
