Im looking to do some lvl 61 rouge pvp and I dont know what gear or pets I should get.
I have no budget so hit me with all your ideas, also if you can tell me some useful skills for pvp.

Balance helm dex/int type
Arc armor
Enlighten belt of tactic
Venom set dex
Which ever artifact u can afford

Pets-
Best for happiness bonus would be heroic magma or if u can’t then sns is fine

Glow stick for arcane ability or nekro depends

Base pet- breeze , mishi , sam

Also tavern and all stats location
