Get rid of 3pc message

I‘ve claimed my 3pc already and every time i get my Set on (Cop/mf/soh) it keeps telling me to go to Blacksmoke mountain.. Everytime i join a towne it does.
How can i fix this/ get rid of it

You have to keep a uncrafted 3pc ring and a 2pc ring in your inventory at all times.
