Best Place to Farm AO2
Title says it all. Which place is the best for rare items, AO2:3, 4, or 5? If you're one of the proud owners of an alien blaster, dark matter staff, pink wand or talon, post where you got it or where you saw it drop. I saw a thoth blaster and dark matter staff on AO2:5
Rasuch: Lvl 45 Bow Bear (MAIN)
Riela: Lvl 45 Paladin (for now, may switch to Thoth mage)
Trystana: Lvl 45 Enchantress
I've seen two blasters drop in AO2: 5, one thoth and one horus and I've seen a couple random dark matter staffs also drop in AO2: 5, unfortunately I didn't get any of them.
Hmm.. so everyone been farming the wrong map?? lol.. OK everyone lets all farm AO2 Map 5 for a day and see if we can get these goodies to drop

ha, gross. Farming 6 isn't that bad. I don't want to even think about running through 5.
I mean..l saw those items drop since the map came out, i haven't seen any of them drop recently. I basically farm six now and get crap, so a change is needed lol.

lvl 5: chance for really rare pinks, but average 1 pink per 4 bosses
Plasma Pyramid: chance for Sword of Anubis and all other "nonrare" pinks, average 1 pink per boss

Basically, I been farming lvl 3, 4 and 5 for the last two days and there is nothing decent being dropped. It's not fair that the people that play the games first get all the best drops and the rest that play after get crap. What's going devs? Sort it out.

Have AO2 drops actually changed since release? Other than to have items added that is.
I'm pretty sure the drop rate for AO2 has been the same since it's release so not sure what your complaining about?

From what I have heard, wands drop in lvl 5 and talons drop in lvl 1.
