Unwanted items and eggs

Would it be possible to bring back a.r.s.e.s please? Also maybe a recycling bin for legendary items? I can't give lower levels items and eggs anymore because of the trading permit and still cannot bring myself to delete the eggs. Some of the legendary stuff is quite good but by the time players get a permit they have outgrown them.
