Cottage house

I bought the deed to a cottage house and opened the chest. When I try to go there it just takes me to my old now empty starter house. Do I need a location to open it. It doesn't show up in my inventory after I opened it. Thanks for any help.

Did you craft your old house back to a house deed before opening cottage deed? It may be that is the problem. You don't need location to see your new house. Try crafting old house back to deed then open your cottage. If that doesn't work you will need to email support. Hope you get it sorted.

Yes I think I did. I crafted starter house to deed after I open cottage chest. I just emailed support. Thanks!
