We all hate these people, but as far as iv heard it's not allowed to call out players names like this on forums, just put him on ignore list and never do business with them again

Welcome to the forums ( your new i guess ) . Sadly these poeple are all over the place , just put them on ignore and send screenshots to sts support over here :

If you want to make a thread about it on forums blur out the names since its against the rules to show a players ign in a post . But its best to just directly email support since that way sts will actually notice you instead of just locking down the thread XD
