Nothing about stat guns is balanced. 1h endgame pvp is balanced except for rhino being a little op and fox completely sucking. Bear dodge needs no increase...

Bear doesnt need any buff. It nukes mage ez. If you have control you can easily nuke bird. You can kill a rhino with great control or just wall. As far as 2h weapons go. More will enter the game during christmas so just relax.
