Friend list management suggestions

This came up in the game coz of the jumping names in the friend list while joining fast remakes, makes you join the wrong game and lose out on slots
- Pin names to the top of the list, and unpin them when not necessary, this helps in joining remakers faster
- at the moment names disappear twice from the list during remakes, donno why, if the names can stay on it would be good
- Sort friend list by class
- Sort friend list by level
- Not terribly important, but useful for the next feature suggestion - hide, with unhide all
- Invite all

And if possible, hosters have the option of hiding their names from being on the main join map, and the option to host open instances
