Making White/Blue Dragon Vanity Set
-you would need 2 uncrafted blue drag sets and their pets/rings to make it
-200 Plat Recipe
Making White/Green Dragon Vanity Set
-you would need 2 uncrafted green drag sets and their pets/rings to make it

Making White/Gold Dragon Vanity Set
-you would need 2 uncrafted gold drag sets and their pets/rings to make it

-Then, If these aren't cool enough as it is, once you have accumulated all 4 of the White Dragon sets you could craft them into a Shining Silver/Gold Dragon Set

Although this is an interesting idea. The fact is. If something like this is added to lvl60. You wouldnt need to add anything to lvl100. If you add this like you have to for crafted DEV/PSYKO(LVL100 REQ.), that would be a bit better. Though you could also add this as gear we could farm for. Ofc adjusting for rarity and desirability. This still would require alot more coding then you would need to just add a variety (white,pink,lime green,purple,orange,turqoise).

Ok on that, we could disable the effects of Psykos/DEVS in vampire feast... if your main goal is people capping I think the best option is to add Vanity drops in THE OKTAL SWAMPS And spacetime studios map... encouraging people to cap, and more 100 people would be farming swamps/Spacetime, which in turn also helps people cap. These vanities would be EXTREMELY rare, at least 5x rarer than starries?

I previously mentioned making the cool unused L100 armors into extremely rare Vanity drops, we could also convert a smaller version of XAR LATKOs Wings into a Vanity

Ok on that, we could disable the effects of Psykos/DEVS in vampire feast... if your main goal is people capping I think the best option is to add Vanity drops in THE OKTAL SWAMPS And spacetime studios map... encouraging people to cap, and more 100 people would be farming swamps/Spacetime, which in turn also helps people cap. Make a whole new map for drops like those. Dont make it something you can farm at lvl85-99. Keep it at Lvl100. Otherwise why should i even bother capping or attempting to cap my other 20 lvl85s if i can just farm them at lvl85-99. Make it Lvl100 only. People who have already capped are willing to put in the time to finish the 100 quest for spacetime studios to have a chance at gear like this. I have 7 Lvl100s. Only 3 have finished the 100 quest for studio. Would give me an incentive to cap more toons and to finish the quest on my other 4 Lvl100s.

As far as rarity is concerned. Ive already given some drop rates for the items i suggested. .09% for F2P map and .25% for plat paid maps.

I know someone mentioned before putting specific vanities in each map that match the maps background and making them extremely rare. Doing that would bring life back into every single part of pve

If you make them extremely rare with the annoyance of the swamp maps. No one will want to sit there and farm for 6 days straight without getting a single piece.

No thanks, I'd rather farm them. Plus, I really dislike the idea of using black drag to craft things because introducing an item only available through a set only a limited quantity are in existence isn't very fun especially for collectors. IF white drag comes to PL, make it limited-time or at least rare to drop, maybe add a l100 minimum dungeon to farm it.
