Why don't the portals work
Also we cant go to the cemetery or other areas unless we buy the forbidden blood drop elixir for 5 platinum
It runs out after 5 minutes and we have to buy again..
It says in the description that its for vampires to enter the old town areas before level 35

We are level 41 and still cant go to these areas
is it a bug or what?

Ya spawn rate for santa and then a portal is beyond low. So low that I've seen no new xmas vanity in auction. Also, has anyone found out what these bosses in the subway do? The 3 wolf bosses spawn so easily but drop nothing and don't make santa appear any sooner. Same with the bosses in lower subway. Not sure paying plat for entering any of these different zones has been effective at all. Buyer beware

nice! why cant I get in still? did you have a certain combination of elixirs (or anything)? plat elixir? says glyph not strong enough to take me anywhere

from what i know you have to be near zombie santa when he opens portal otherwise it wont let you in cause ive seen many blue portals around that are useless

all the new stuff is inside the portal
but its so rare, makes you feel like a mindless drone farming for hours just to get the same elf hats as the last 3 yrs which is fine but that portal rate is terribly low

Agreeing with that. The players are bored because the portal and santa drop is pretty rare . it would be good if administration increase the chance to spawn Santa and portal.

Desperate to feed his thinning brood, the elder vampire Kel Krampus used his powers of glamour and domination to trick the wealthiest mortals in Carvina to join him in the Old Town cemetery for a safe "escape" to the realm of mortals.
"All of your gold," he compelled them. "You must bring all of your gold and riches to buy safe passage. Every last coin!"
Lulled by the power of Kel Krampus' glamour, Carvina's richest mortals stole away into the frosty night air... and were never seen again.

NEW FARMING ZONE - "The Subway"
- Explore the subway. There you will find a 'crack in the wall.'
- Enter if you dare... and fight your way to Level 42!

NEW LEVEL CAP - 42!
- Special gold metallic title "The Answer!"
- Note: Gold appearance lasts until January 5th, 2018 (then reverts to standard color for Titles).
- New Relic! Collect the "Gold Mortal Heart" for reaching Level 42.

Thanks for the update. But spawn rate of Santa and portal very low rate. Kindly increase the portal spawn rate. Again in this event, new shadow gem introduced. Last event also Black Moon Bracelete gem also shadow gem. Why not new beast gem?

Requesting to increase the speak rate of portal. It's very hard to find it. I farmed 6-8 hours, but I didn't able to enter portal though someone entered it. This is insane. Kindly please fix the issue. Also introduce Frost Gorgoyle axes or Frost Serrated Axes weapon which can be farmed in Harg type boss (team raid).
