Best type of speed set?

I've seen nox, tox and venom but i don't know what one is the 'best' one since they all do the same thing.

If character info helps i'm level 62 and a rogue.

Higher the level, better the stats. So Venom.

Tell u the truth, they are more or less the same, just pick the ones with hi gold loot, haha.
