+ You no longer have to be the one to spawn the Frost Portal in order to use it.
+ All players can use any Frost Portal they encounter (except those in the Kel Krampus zone itself, of course).
+ Fixed an issue with high-level players' access to Old Town maps (cemetery, hospital, underground).
