It isn't lootable yet. It's a rare drop from brood. It's not a secret, it just wasn't announced. They have surprises in nearly every event.
Fair enough. I look forward to owning one of these! Stats wise it'll be hard to beat all the spooky out there already, but looks wise they're pretty!
