yes it does and i think its dodge debuff
Not a dodge debuff. Only armor. Increases the debuff each rank. I believe it's -5 armor a rank, but I'm just guessing based off of other skills. Not sure of the exact numbers. Otu would probably know.
I am looking into changing up my skill build and just trying to figure it out first!!
I will see what I can do then post results here, unless someone responds first.

I'm not sure either, but the -3 armor sounds familiar. Although I thought the armor debuff slightly increased above 3 skill points, again not sure.Lol
And for all doubters of my rockstar status:
Just guessing, this -3 was probably with level four lightning. A lot of 35 mages had a similar skill build at the time.
My 35 Mage with 6 lightning was doing -5 dodge debuff, so I guess the debuff stays at -5 from 1-6!
Dodge too? I should really test Mage skills lol. Haven't used my Mage since BS, so that's my excuse
Just a small armor debuff, I'm not sure where your getting this dodge from. Maybe u weakness or your weapon had a proc?
I didn't check the dodge but the skill only states it has a armor debuff!
For all clarity, lightning by itself has no dodge debuff whatsoever

I think lightning debuffs armor, damage and hit. But only tiny amounts. And there is only a debuff chance.
At level 2: 2 armor, 3 damage, 1 hit
At level 5: 3 armor, 4 damage, 1 hit
At level 6: 5 armor, 7 damage, 3 hit
The debuff doesn't stack and is not damage dependent.
