Crown of Persistence

I don't know if i put this in the right forum but i need about the crown of persistence i joined this game when they put the level cap to 56 and i was leveling up and i was too late to get the crown of persistence i got the hallows shield but when i speak to the guy who give the crown he said "I am searching for items come to the mountains when you are level 66" so is there any other way i can get this crown because i want the set bonus.

crown of persistence is forever gone but when lvl cap 66 comes out and u get that exclusive item that the 61 and 66 item would be a set bonus so dont worry about set bonus
