Quick question as this was mentioned by a few. I need confirmation if the 100+ Recipe: Locked Massive Crate of Black Ice that I just bought with tokens... Am I still able to still craft even after the 2017 Winter Event is over?

no clue, sts mentioned the removal of crafted energy and energy essence, but i do not believe they mentioned anything abut the removal of recipes/craftable items

Recipes always stays so yes u can craft after event

If you are referring to Iceball recipe then yes it will stay, but the material (dragon scale) is dropped only in the event, so better to craft them before event is over.
