Bought Platinum, but not added to account

I Bought platinum not too long ago but it hasnt been added to my account and it keeps saying this in app store purchase has already been bough but has not been downloaded, is there any way i can download it so it will give me my purchased 75 platinum?

When I buy platinum, I usually exitthe app and then restate it. Most if the time it gives me my platinum straight away
