In the original post, you didn't mention how to submit the results of the match, so I am going to be posting the screenshots here as well as sending a personal message through the forums, although it seems I cannot attach images on a forums personal message, so I suppose they are here until further notice! I hope this works and is ok, I just don't see a place where you explained it.

If they haven replied back by Wednesday Feb 7, then your team will move forward.
Last day to battle first stage will be this Saturday Feb 10. Teams that we have not heard from will be DISQUALIFIED. A team or teams that have battled might receive a BYE for second stage due to the number of teams moving forward.7/2?
The teams that have not battle will be battling with the teams that haven't battled in the second stage.
I was hoping to prolong the L71 tourney but I do not think we can. L71 tourney keeps L71 active and have created interest in the game. Because players are requesting for L61 tourney, we will not prolong l71 tourney.
Once we have received the final list of teams moving to second stage, I will submit the bracket for second stage and final battles. The battles will start immediately after bracket is available.
