The Town Crier will have a quest to find the elusive 'Jeweler...' the only human with the ancient knowledge of Amulet Crafting.
- Find the Jeweler and then complete his quest to recover the Gemsetter's ancient diary
- Complete the Jeweler's quest to earn the ability to craft Elite Level 100 Amulets
