Answer “ignored ” (yes with a smile) and then ignore them.
They get so upset that they can even change account to continue xD so you can also report their different accounts!!

Was this just a random guy? I’ve had a random guy started talking about how he hated me because of where I was born. I had no idea who he was or how he knew that. His name was very unfamiliar..
unfortunately, people have the power to change names quite frequently with plat, so banning them is nearly impossible :P
