Sence the difference between guild hall tier 3 and 2 is just the roaming room and the ability to buy elixirs for a few plat less, i think there should be a auction house inside guild hall TIER 3.

I agree with the Auction idea
Since I like giving away free stuff in my guild, there should be a way to put up items for free (or for sale) only in the guild so even when you're offline people can get items they really need. :3

There should be a guild stash which has already been suggested.
However, a guild/community chest would be nice. You could put unwanted items in there and people could take them as they please!
