I was wondering why everyone is selling frank vest right now, any particular reasons?

Most LB vanities get sold closer events as people need to gold to play and invest in it to rise price until next one. Since Valentine will have LB many selling.

Also there is a significant rise in price right now. Now vest is worth 180m whereas a month ago was only 110m. ( was sold by a friend recently)

LB vanities are the safest and most profitable way to merch/invest to make gold more. They become rarer as time passes and that is why people are willing to pay a ridiculous amount for them. Even if you buy it for 200m, they know someone else would be willing to pay 250m in few months thus crazy prices.
