STS has recently updated all of the XP Quests to make it extremely easy to level to Cap. I have gone ahead and did a guide for everything you need to know.
GET 30K XP Per Day: Without Elixir
Firstly, I recommend you to complete all of the
Main Story Quests first as they will give you a chance to level to 46-50 then you can do these daily quests easily to level to 66+. Ask someone in town to help you though maps if you struggle yourself.

Items that will help you level faster: ( All of these items can be purchased by gold in auction/ towns excluding a Power-up pack for permanent 15% XP)
1.
Arlorian Egg-shelled Ring ( 10% XP proc randomly when a mob is killed) cost 500k-1M.
2.
Abaddon/Re-gifter Egg ( It's happiness bonus will give you 10/15% extra XP respectively )
3. 30min 50% extra
XP Elixir ( will grant you 50% extra XP from mobs, bosses and turning quests) [ Does not stack with Number 4]
4. 30min 60% extra
XP Elixir ( will grant you 60% extra XP from mobs, bosses and turning quests.) [ Does not stack with Number 3]
5. 7 Day XP Elixir ( counts down offline/while in towns ): stacks with (Number 3 OR 4)
IMPORTANT: Do not use XP elixir while doing this quests or turn in quests as soon as complete. Do them ALL first then use elixir and turn in all quests at the same time to get extra 50-60% XP. All of these quests will be available Daily, resetting at 1:30 PM CT (Go to google and type' 1:30PM CT to your city here' to find out when quests reset for your timezone ), On a side note, I have gone though a lot to make this guide so dont forget to press the Thanks button on the bottom left of this thread.
DEAD CITY ( 4 ) : 600 XP
Dead City - Dead City Outskirts - Dimitrius
Experience: 150
Gold: 500
Speak to Dimitrius at the start of the Dead City Outskirts map and pick up the 'Silk Stalker' quest, which grants 150xp and 500g. To complete this quest, you will need to kill Antee in the Lost Mage's Mine at the end of the fork on the left in the Arcanum Grounds map.
Dead City- Great City of Kraag - Noxxar
Experience: 150
Gold: 250
Go to Great City of Kragg and Noxxar can be found toward the middle of the map in front of the cannors. Noxxar has 3 different quests that are rotated daily. ( You will need to complete one of these 3 quests named, Arty Shardy/Hell Bones/Punkin Junk ). Follow his instructions and you should get this done in no time )
Dead City- The Great City of Kraag - The Three Legged Unicorn (tavern)
Experience: 150
Gold: 250
Go to Great City of Kragg and enter the tavern. You will find here karin with quest named ' Remembrance '. You will need to press on the unnamed grave outside of Lost mage Mine. This can be found in Dead City- Arcanum Grounds ( on the left side )
Dead City- Great City of Kraag - Krobox
Experience: 150
Gold: 250
Go to Great City of Kragg and Krobox can be found toward the left of the map in front of the Auctions. recover Silver[/U].
kraken Isle ( 2 ) : 600 XP
Kraken Isles - Dragon's Jewel - Gypsy Rose
Experience: 300
Gold: 500
Go to the Dragon Jewel, speak to Gypsy Rose to receive the 'Monkey Ball' quest worth 300xp and 500g and a Treasure Chest. You will receive 300xp as a Legendary reward. Simply do one run through Ancient Mariner reef and kill enemies in the map to complete the quest.
Kraken Isles - Kraken Mines - Camilla
Experience: 300
Gold: 1,200
Go to the Dragon Jewel, speak to the captain and choose the Explore option. Select Kraken Mines from the map, and speak to Camilla to receive the 'A Miner Problem' quest worth 300xp and 1,000g. Collect ore from fallen enemies in Kraken Mines (I would recommend running KM3 ).
Nord ( 4 ) : 1,800 XP
Nordr - Stronghold - Olde Yodeler
Experience: 300
Gold: 1000
Enter the town of Stronghold in Nordr and speak to Olde Yodeler to receive the 'Unstoppable Force' quest, worth 300xp and 1000g. Note that Olde Yodeler gives many daily quests. Once you have the quest, proceed ahead and go to the right by the old hot-air balloon. When it asks for your travel destination, select Camp Boulder. Once there, kill all the wolves that spawn. These wolves respawn continuously, so just go from one end to the other and kill the wolf packs as the appear. You may also randomly spawn Ulfang, which is part of another daily quest (which does not offer XP). Continue back and forth in Camp Boulder until you kill 200 wolves to complete the quest and return to Stronghold to collect your rewards.
Nordr - Stronghold - Olde Yodeler
Experience: 300
Gold: 1000
Enter the town of Stronghold in Nordr and speak to Olde Yodeler to receive the 'Dungeon Crawlers' quest, worth 300xp and 1000g. Once you have the quest, proceed ahead and go to the right by the old hot-air balloon. When it asks for your travel destination, select Tunnels of Valheim. Once there, kill all the spiders that spawn. These spiders respawn continuously, so just go from one end to the other and kill the spider packs as the appear. Continue back and forth in Camp Boulder until you kill 200 wolves to complete the quest and return to Stronghold to collect your rewards.
NOTE: This is a great opportunity to complete two XP granting quests in one shot. If you accept the 'More Ice Crystals' quest from Crystal, you will be able to complete both quests in the same Tunnels of Valheim map.
Nordr - Jurn Woods - Grumble
Experience: 600
Gold: 550
Select the Jurn Woods map in Nordr and speak to Grumble at the beginning of the map to pick up the 'Carry The Torch' quest, worth 600xp and 550g. Light the torches that you encounter on the map on your way to face Maneater.
Nordr - Crystal Caverns - Crystal
Experience: 600
Gold: 250
Enter the town of Stronghold in Nordr. Proceed ahead and go to the right by the old hot-air balloon. When it asks for your travel destination, select Tunnels of Valheim. Once there, accept the 'More Ice Crystals' quest from Crystal, kill 200 spiders by looping map as the mobs spawn continuously.
Shuyal ( 5 ) : 3,000 XP
Shuyal - Kelys - Jerril
Experience: 600
Gold: 750
In the city of Kelys, speak to Jerril to receive the 'Armor Fragments' quest, good for 600xp and 750g. Earn armor fragments from skeleton warrior in any of the Shuyal maps ( Map 1 recommended ) and when you have collected enough, you can return to Jerril in Kelys to complete the quest, or complete the quest through any mailbox.
Shuyal - Shadow Plains - Wixxin
Experience: 600
Gold: 750
Select the Shadow Plains map in Shuyal and speak to Wixxin to get the 'Dead Lights' quest, which grants 600xp and 750g. Inspect the glowing lamps on the ground of any Shuyal map. If you run
Shadow Plains once and
Forest of Shades and inspect the lamps, that will be enough to complete the quest. Return the quest to Wixxin at the beginning of the Shadow Plains map (again, it is easiest to remap when you have completed the quest).
Shuyal - Shadow Plains - Elder Horrin
Experience: 600
Gold: 1,200
In the same map,
Shadow Plains or
Forest of Shades, speak to Elder Horrin to take the '
Shadow Cleansing' quest, which will give you 600xp and 1,200g. You will need to kill the necromancers/sorcerers in any Shuyal map to complete the quest.
Shuyal - Forest of Shades - Elder Horrin
Experience: 600
Gold: 1,200
Speak to Elder Horrinto take the '
Shadow Wolf Fang' quest, which will give you 600xp and 1,200g. You will need to kill the wolfs in any Shuyal map to complete the quest preferable
Forest of Shades. Run here twice and it will be enough to complete the quest.
Shuyal - Undim Fields - Wixxin
Experience: 600
Gold: 800
Enter the Undim Fields map in Shuyal and speak to Wixxin to receive the 'Whole Grains' quest, which offers another 600xp and 800g. Inspect the glowing plant areas in Undim Fields to collect the grains. If you collect all the grains in the map. If you run solo, you only need to collect 3 places ( go right side)
Dreamscape ( 1 ) : 600 XP
Dreamscape (
level 62 to level 65 only )
This map can only be visited while you sleep at someone's bed within a house. The quests here all give
600 XP and names of quest change based on your level. I would recommend going with a party of all people being same level or they CAN'T enter. Ask your guild if they can let you sleep in their bed ( respectfully). You can revisit this place by going to chancel of Light and purchasing Elixir or dreaming dust using gold or platinum [ NOT Recommended]
Tindril ( 6 ) : 5,400 XP
Expedition Camp - Ashrum
Experience: 900
Gold: 1,100
Go to expedition camp and speak to Ashrum ( located left of Stash ) to collect quest named " More Drakin Scales ". You will need to kill 25 Drakin ( Rockhorn Summit recommended) to collect their scales. They look like crocodiles with brown skin.
Expedition Camp - General Clurg
Experience: 900
Gold: 500
Go to Expedition camp and speak to General Clurg (located on right side to auction) to collect quest named " A useful Conflict " . You will need to kill 40 Drakin or spiders in
Cave of Tarewa to collect their scales.
Tindril - The Wilds - Auvin
Experience: 900
Gold: 800
Enter the Wilds and speak to Auvin to receive the quest ' Take down the Tribe'. Simply kill the 35 tribesmen within this map and you will complete this quest with ease.
Tindril - The Jagged trail - Kanduar
Experience: 900
Gold: 800
Enter The Jagged Trail and speak to Kanduar to collect quest named " Whelp Menace". You will need to kill 25 Whelp ( brown creature resembling Scorch/ Magma pets) to collect their wings.
Tindirin - Magma Corridor - Rifika
Experience: 900
Gold: 950
Enter Magma Corridor and talk to Rifika to get the quest called "Hot Hot Hot!". Collect 15 Lava Rocks to complete it. You may need to run this map twice.
Tindril - Rockhorn Summit - Pahbi
Experience: 900
Gold: 800
Enter Rockhorn Summit and speak to Pahbi to collect quest named 'Crystalline Energy'. Then kill 25 Salamander ( Dragon-Snake like creatures ) to collect crystalline energy. The energy are not always dropped by Salamder so you may need to kill 25-50 of them to get 25 Crystalline Energy.You may need to run this map 2-3 times.
Glintstone Caverns ( 4 ) : 4,800 XP
Garetta Village - Stallon The Fearless
Experience: 1,200
Gold: 750
Addition: 8 Orc Tags
Go to Garetta village and turn left ( away from auction, bottom right of the map ). Speak to the NPC named Stallon and he will ask you to complete quest named 'The Fight Continues'. You will need to defect 3 bosses in Glintstone Caverns. I would recommend map 2 and 3 when Northal is awakened. If not, run map 2 (2 times) and Map 1 once within Glintstone Caverns
Garetta Village - Guard Bervel
Experience: 1,200
Gold: 2,500
Addition: 6 Orc Tags
Go to Garetta village and turn right ( toward auction, near a cage with an Orc; bottom left of the map). Speak to the NPC named Guard Berval and he will ask you to complete quest named 'The Fight Continues'. You will need to defect Northal ( He will awaken when people opened a lot of orc efficies, you can check the bar under Glintstone cavern to see if he is awakened or not ). You can kill him in Normal or elite once.
Garetta Village - Elvene
Experience: 1,200
Gold: 750
Addition: 6 Orc Tags
Go to Garetta village and turn right ( In-front of stash, bottom left of the map). Speak to the NPC named Elvene and she will ask you to complete quest named 'Need more Gems'. You will need to collect 8 crystal located in
Cryogem Mines. You will need to run this map twice collecting the gems. I recommend a party with this one if possible or asking a higher level for assistance. Learning the crystal locations will help you in future. If you are good enough, just run to the locations and kill only the mobs there for efficiency.
Garetta Village - Arbzy (
Recommended for Farming XP)
Experience: 140
Gold: 1,500
Addition: 2 Orc Tags
Go to Garetta village and run to the Circular area in the middle then go left. Speak to the NPC named Arbzy and he will ask you to complete quest named '[Elite Repeatabe] Orc Annihilation'. You will need to kill 90 Elite mobs within Glintstone Cavern (
Elite Gnomish Ruins recommended). You should aim to do this quest while Northal is active and since it can be done repeatedly, it is a great way to Farm XP. It will take 1-2 runs to complete this.
Glintstone ( 3 ) : 4,500 XP
Glintstone - krixus
Experience: 1,500
Gold: 500
Addition: 3 Glintstone Tokens
Walk straight after you spawn toward the gate to Underhul. Krixus (located toward the left) will ask you to complete quest called 'Securing Glintstone'. You will need to kill 3 bosses within Underhul.
Glintstone - Pallas
Experience: 1,500
Gold: 500
Addition: 1 Glintstone Token
Walk straight after you spawn toward the gate to Underhul. Palls (located toward the left) will ask you to complete quest called 'Advanced Hibicus Research'. You will need to kill 15 Cryo-worms ( worms like dark blue creature) to collect their poison. I recommended running South Gates or Umbral Chasm.
Tip: You will need to clear all the mobs and spawn the worm. Pick up the flower near where you killed the mobs( looks brownish green). You need to pick the flower up then kill the worm ( You only have 2-3 seconds to kill the mob after it has been picked up). This is the only way your will get progression for this quests.
Glintstone - Bristol
Experience: 1,500
Gold: 500
Addition: 3 Glintstone Tokens
Walk straight after you spawn toward the gate to Underhul. Bristol (located toward the right) will ask you to complete quest called 'Volatiles Stones'. You will need to kill mobs ( mostly Heratics) to collect 20 stones.
Chancel of Light ( 1 ) : 1,7500 XP
Chancel of Light - Lightbearer Arvis
Experience: 1,750
Gold: 200
Addition: 2 Balanced Tokens
Walk straight after you spawn toward the Balance in Chancel of Light. Lightbearer Arvis (located toward bottom left of the Balance will ask you to complete quest called 'Graveyard massacre'. You will need to kill 200 mobs in graveyard. It takes 3-4 runs maximum but worth it.
Festerfang ( 2 ) : 7,200 XP
Festerfang Outpost- Bron
Experience: 1,000
Gold: 1000
Addition: N/A
Walk right side of the map after you spawn in Festerfang Outpost . Bron (located toward top right portal to marsh) will ask you to complete quest called 'Rational Destruction'. You will need to destroy 50 barrels in the Marsh . Ez Xp here!
Festerfang Outpost- Skrizz
Experience: 1,200
Gold: 750
Addition: N/A
Walk right side of the map after you spawn in Festerfang Outpost .Skrizz (located toward top right behind portal to marsh) will ask you to complete quest called 'Festerfang Relic'. You will need to collect relics dropped by altars primarily and sometimes by mobs randomly so you might need to kill a few before you complete this quests. It takes 3-4 runs maximum but soo worth it.
Festerfang Outpost- Wylat
Experience: 2,500
Gold: 3,000
Addition: 1 Murkstone Token
A quest exlusive to Level 71 player or above
[As a result, players below 71 wont have access to this quest 
]; Walk left side of the map after you spawn in Festerfang Outpost .Wylat (located toward top left between Red Reef Leader and Blue Bayou Leader ) will ask you to complete quest called 'Heart of Hydra'. You will need to Kill Hydra in The Hydra's Bog. [ Go to Maps --> press 'Elite Maps' --> Select Festerfang Swamp ---> The Hydra's Bog]
Festerfang Outpost- Wylat
Experience: 2,500
Gold: 3,000
Addition: 1 Murkstone Token
A quest exlusive to Level 71 player or above
[ As a result, players below 71 wont have acess to this quest ]; Walk left side of the map after you spawn in Festerfang Outpost .Wylat (located toward top left between Red Reef Leader and Blue Bayou Leader ) will ask you to complete quest called 'Eye of The Fly'. You will need to kill Flylord Orrick in Infested Swamp. [ Go to Maps --> press 'Elite Maps' --> Select Festerfang Swamp ---> Infested Swamp]
Overall, you should get around 110k running all these quests and 2k XP while killing these mobs.
