Enter Magma Corridor and talk to Rifika to get the quest called "Hot Hot Hot!". Collect 15 Lava rocks to complete it.

I agree I think Elite Gnomish Ruins will be my new spot for farming XP on Alts + free tags

PS: In addition, Citadel dailies that are unlocked for Banish Set gives 2k to 2.5k XP now.
