How do i unlock these quests?
Im level 63 so obviously i have completed these maps but i cant seem to get these quests
Complete in sequence (from the top) story and side unlocked quests.
They are in chain.
“You don’t meet requirements “ means you didn’t complete a quest needed to unlock that one.

These are also the quests above the quests that i didnt unlock. Does that mean i have to complete the dream quests in order to unlock the quests in Dead City and Kraken?
Helena to the red tide quest are a chain of quests exclusive for the rogue class only.
The scroll to the book of beasts is an unlockable quest chain for all classes once you've completed all quests of each beastmaster in a town they'd start giving you special quests that can only be completed once.
